Learning & Practice Hub
The Learning & Practice Hub is the operational heart of Movex Academy: a strategic platform that integrates education, research, and clinical support, guiding orthopedic professionals in their daily practice.
It serves as
a connection point between the Academy’s various specialist domains—from sports to robotics, from orthobiologics to digital technologies—transforming scientific knowledge into practical tools for patient care.
A Steering Committee, composed of young promoters and senior experts, ensures content quality and scientific consistency, coordinating educational, editorial, and institutional activities, and evaluating the performance of affiliated centers.
The Hub is guided by four transversal pillars:
1. Integrated Internal Training
Development of common clinical and training pathways (both in-person and online) across hospital locations, supported by a shared electronic medical record, to ensure multidisciplinary and uniform management of orthopedic patients.
2. External Training and Communication
Programs dedicated to doctors of various specialties, physiotherapists, technicians, and nurses, developed with the support of partner companies, to spread high-level skills and scientific updates both directly and through the use of telemedicine.
3. Research and Scientific Production
Creation of a digital repository that collects and shares the latest orthopedic evidence, complemented by editorial initiatives and publications supporting the Movex scientific community.
4. Academic Collaborations and Labs
Partnerships with university training networks, scientific societies, and technology companies to develop cad labs, virtual labs, and pathways for methodological and technological innovation.
